2024 Seasonal Rates

Season is from May 10 to September 29, 2024.

Daily Lot Fees

Premium site with water, hydro and sewer

Daily – $75.00
Weekly – $500.00

Seasonal Lot Fees

Metered electric charges are extra. Hydro billing date is August 15th.
All sites are rented to one family unit: parents, unmarried children (living at home).
All others are visitors (when accompanied by a registered adult).
Persons using parent’s or friend’s trailer will be charged full rate of site.
Trailers left over the winter are committed to site fees for the following season.
Any trailer removed during the season, site is considered vacant and will be used at our discretion.
Pump outs are done Mondays (Tuesday following a long weekend). Bi-weekly during May, June & September, weekly during July & August. 7 are included in the rate for the season.
Garbage must be in clear bags, clearly marked with lot number. One small opaque bag may be included for privacy. Weight not to exceed 30 pounds. 1 bag per week. No recyclables may be included in your garbage; please use blue bins in garbage area.

Seasonal ( Over 16ft ) – $4.75/square foot
Trailer – $100/summer
Trailer – $150/winter
Canoe rack $60/summer $25/winter storage

Private Docks

Seasonal – $450.00

* This applies to standard site and the owners are responsible for liability.

Visitors

Daily – $15.00 / Carload
$5/person/day in campers vehicle
Overnight – $10.00 / person ( 10 yrs. and over )

*Visitors must be registered 24 hr. in advance. Visitor’s cars must be kept in parking lot. No drive in access. Day visitors must leave the park by 10:00 p.m. NO tents may be added to occupied sites.
